Amber Crawford is a native Nevadan, graduating from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas earning a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in Marketing. Being raised in Las Vegas, Amber started out her career learning and operating a family business and was privileged to see a part of history in the development of the Las Vegas valley.
Following graduation, Amber was recruited by R&B Realty Group, one of the largest real estate and management services companies in the U.S. to market and lease corporate and vacation rentals in Las Vegas. After winning top awards for her work at R&B Realty Group, Amber took her experience in sales and marketing of Las Vegas resorts and spent several years rising through the ranks to supervising specialized high-dollar marketing programs for several multi-site Las Vegas resorts, eventually becoming an independent consultant for the industry.
Amber was soon sought out by IMC, at the time, one of the largest consumer finance institutions in the nation, to wholesale financial lending products in Southern Nevada. Learning new knowledge in financing, Amber built on this by obtaining her Nevada real estate license. In Amber’s first year of real estate she was recognized by receiving the Century 21 Multi-Million Dollar Club award. From 2001-2003 Amber earned the coveted C21 Masters Award and the #1 team for Century 21 in the Southwest region for the same consecutive years, ranked in the top 5 in the entire country in 2003.
In 2004 Amber was part of a team that opened a new Remax franchise. Four months after opening Remax Platinum Amber was part of the #2 producing team in Nevada by August of 2004, #4 producing team in Nevada 2005. Individually Amber was awarded the 100% club by Remax International in 2004 & 2005. In 2006 Amber received one the highest awards bestowed on an associate by Remax International, the Platinum Club.
In December 2007, Goldline Research, an independent research firm specializing in evaluating professional service firms, selected Amber as “One of The Ten Most Dependable Real Estate Professionals of Las Vegas”. This recognition was published in Las Vegas Life magazine.
Currently Amber is a leader in assisting Owners through the Short Sale process and has strong experience in representing Primary as well as 2nd Home Buyers and Investors in the process of purchasing in today’s market dynamic of short sales and foreclosure properties. As a specialist to Investors, Amber maintains a well established system to guide clients through the process of investing in the US.
Amber is certified by the National Association of Realtors as a Short Sales & Foreclosure Resource Professional (SFR) - Amber and her brokerage Platinum Real Estate Professionals has negotiated millions of dollars of reductions off homeowner’s loan amounts.
